The farm has been established 20 years ago, as a family business, with the aim of providing healthy and safe products for the growing generations. In 2007, this family business has grown to be a corporate, Kara Egypt Company for food security, managed by the same family and its youth generation. ما معني منتجات دواجن حيوي/organic ؟
المقصود بمنتجات الدواجن الحيوي سواء من لحم الدواجن او البيض هي الدواجن التي تم تغذيتها باعلاف نباتيه 100% بدون اضافه بروتين من مصدر حيواني او هرمون او مضاد حيوي.

كثيراً ما يتوارد إلا اسماعنا مصطلحات اللحوم النباتية
ماذا نعني باللحوم النباتية؟ وهل له أثر سلبي على صحتنا؟
نعم هنالك فرق بين الدواجن التي تم تغذيتها بعلف نباتي وحيواني ولنقم بالتوضيح على النحو التالي:

ماذا نعني باللحوم التي تم تغذيتها بعلف نباتي؟ وهل له أثر سلبي على صحتنا؟
تقوم صناعة الأعلاف بشكل أساسي على تركيب علف للحيوانات بناء على احتياجات كل صنف وحسب المرحلة العمرية والحالة التي يمر بها الحيوان، ويجب تحديد عناصر غذائية وفقاً لاحتياجات الحيوان من نسب البروتين والسعرات الحرارية والدهون والمعادن وغيرها، والتي يتم الحصول عليها من مواد خام متنوعة تقسم الى قسمين هما:
• المصادر النباتية الطبيعية:
وتشمل (الذرة الصفراء، القمح، الشعير، الذرة الحمراء، الشوفان، كسبة فول الصويا، كسبة عباد الشمس، نخالة القمح، وغيرها من المواد النباتية).

• المصادر الحيوانية والمصنعة:
وتشمل (مسحوق السمك، مخلفات المسالخ (ريش, عظام, دم, مسحوق اللحوم, لحوم الحيوانات الميتة، والتالفة, وغيرها) حيث يتم طبخها وطحنها وإدخالها في العلف
ومن الجدير بالذكر انه يتم فرض معايير فنية مشددة من قبل الجهات التشريعية والرقابية في الدول المتقدمة على استخدام المصادر الحيوانية في صناعة الأعلاف.

ما تأثير ذلك على ما نلاحظه خلال تنظيف اللحوم وخصوصاً الدواجن منها؟
تشير السيدات خلال عملية التنظيف والتفريز الى وجود رائحة غير مقبولة للدجاج على الرغم من تنظيفه بشكل جيد وكما تلاحظ وجود دهون متراكمة بلون أصفر فوق الصدر والأفخاذ للدواجن ورائحة سيئة للبيض وغيرها من الأمور التي تلاحظها السيدات بين الحين والآخر، وهذا يعود بالدرجة الأولى إلى العلف الذي يتغذى عليه الحيوان ومركبات تصنيعه (نباتيه أم حيوانيه) ولذلك عند تنظيف الدواجن النباتية من الصعب ملاحظة ما تم ذكره سواء كان رائحة أو دهون صفراء متراكمة أو غيرها من جوانب غير مرغوب بها.
