Carbohydrates.

Carbs. are very important to the body since it helps in giving the body its energy needs and also with help of fat ( in normal amount ) in the metabolism of the body. so when you completely cut off Carbs., you deprive the body to get its needs from Carbs. if you want to do this, it is only for a short period of time ( MAX one month). this is the way for being healthy all the time.

Long time for disappearance sorry for that but it was due to some issues and problems.

Hi everybody, I hope everything is Okay. Let's talk about some Healthy Tips:

Losing weight or being fit with healthy lifestyle, it is not that easy and it is not that hard. Some people think that in order to lose weight, it is a must to stop eating carbs, suger,.. etc ( KETO DIET) This type of diet is only used when there is a plateau that takes place in the body which prevents it from losing weight , so we make some disturbance in the body in order to lose weight but only for a short period of time ( MAX. One Month) and after that, we return to the balanced diet or intermittent fast diet plan.

It depends also on the activity that the individual do daily ( work, Gym, or any sport ). so for body builders it depends on increasing the daily calorie intake which is suitable for his activity. but when it comes to losing, it depends on talking less than the calorie intake in order to loss weight.

All the food types can make us fit and can make us fat. it depends on the amount taken daily.

Home Made Protein Shake :
I am not a fan of protein powder and supplements, all the nutrients that we need to maintain good health can be easily found in food . So , here is the tip of the day for a protein shake with no powder:

1- Water ( 200 ml ) and ice cubes
2- One cup ( 250 ml ) of Greek or Low fat yoghert

3- 2 tsp peanut butter ( 15 gm )
4- 1 tbsp Baking cocoa or Cocoa Powder.
5- 140 gm frozen strawberry .

This will give you all the nutrients you need after , before workout or even in a sederty life .
