Meshkah is a Martial Arts 武馆(Wu Guan) hall where all the martial arts styles are traditional

The mission of Meshkah is to preserve the traditions of Martial Arts and to assure its transmission to the next generations. In that way every style is taught independently with it’s own structure according to it’s own lineage and Meshkah will prevent any kind of style mixing.

Meshkah’s Energeticians have just completed an Acupuncture Workshop under the guidance of Valentin Philippon, graduate from SFERE and DNMTC-CFMTC, doctor in Far Eastern studies at the École Pratique des Hautes Études in Paris, member of the French Academic Council of Chinese Medicine.

What a challenge these days to make something like “simplicity” the day to day flow, or “heartfelt words” the usual conversations and “Intuition” the normal communication …
Today is one of those many days in Meshkah, where synchronicity was the engine life. Still hard to express and yet so real.

Today out of complete coincidence we were blessed to receive Dr Li Xin, Master Kangba, Dr Anna Hu, and Mr Li.

Today Dr Li Xin, shared with us his wisdom on the practice of TCM : the necessity of the traditional Martial Arts to deeply understand and to be able to transcend the mind during practice to open our awareness.

This idea has been the path we have been choosing to carve in the hard stone of life in our school for years now. An Idea we have been nourishing with Gong Fu with every breath of every student, disciple, instructor, gate keeper and transmitter with the help of incredible inspiring teachers.

An idea which keeps the sounds of the hearts resonate even from far away …

We are so grateful for this enriching and inspiring encounter from all our hearts.

This life has it’s way to show us the most beautiful and incredible things in a very timid and shy way :This encounter can’t be happening in a thousand wishes says the mind … but very near says the feeling and inevitable says the Emptiness …

because the feeling comes with listening and listening come with practice … and emptiness with letting go …

Under the heavens and above this earth may the human inside of us wake up and ground the roots so deep to embrace the descent of the sky to reunite with the ten thousand things.

May today be the resonance of one more melodies of this life to unite us all.
