اول حاجه كده احنا هنبقي مديين
Antibiotic قبلها ب ٢٤ ساعه
لازم infection not active
هتخلع وتعمل كيروتاج كويس جدا لحد ماتسمع صوت تزييق الاكسكافيوتر ف العظم كويس
Irrigation كتير جدا.
لازم تشوف السوكت بيلمع
بعد كده واهم حاجه هتشوف هتجيب استابيلتى ازاى للامبلنت
Anterior from palatal bone and apex
Posterio from interseptal bone and apex

عملت كل ده وجيت implant installation

اغرس الامبلتت بتاعك فى prgfs
Liquid من على السيرفيس بتاعته
بيبر كتير اتكلمت وقالت انه بيساعد على الهيلينح بشكل كبير
بس انا بنفضل prgfs عن اى ليكويد تانى
حط استيكي بون ولازم استيكي لانه بيبقي كله بلازما والبلازما بتساعد بشكل كبير ف تكوين البون والهيلينج بوقت سريع

اعمل تيمبوريزيشن كويس بحيث كل البون يبقي فى مكانه و stable

وان شاء الله كله هيبقي تمام وزى الفل

زى مانت شايف ف الصورة كده ماشاء الله عالهيلينج

شايفك ياللى😃 بتقول امال فين التيمبورى اللى بيقول عليه

لو عرفت ايه اللى حصل هنا وليه معملتش تيمبورى تبقي جدع وعدت وربنا سترها
