كل سيدة عمرها 40 سنة او اكبر المفروض انها تتوجة سنويا للكشف عند طبيب متخصص و لعمل اشعة الماموجرام (.. بسيطة و سريعة و مش بتألم و بيستغرق اقل من عشرة دقائق )
و اذا كان في تاريخ مرضي عائلي لسرطان الثدي في العيلة فيفضل ان الطبيب المتخصص هو اللي يحدد مواعيد و كيفية الكشف المبكر.

Miserable case of hiradinitis suppurativa, Coming after a long journey with dermatologists seeking a surgical solution.
Bilateral axillary multiple interconnected sinuses were Found , the infection and fibrosis reaching to the axillary veins bilaterally causing chronic bleeding and iron deficiency anaemia.
The range of movement of shoulder joint was extremely limited on both sides.
Scroutm and perianal skin were also affected with multiple absceses and sinuses. The pernium was like a hard mass of fibrous tissue reaching to the urethra.
Surgical excision was done on three secions and coverage was done by split thickness grafts.
Pathological specimens were confirmed free of malignant transformation of longlasting unstable scarring and inflammation.

Challenging case of 19 years old female patient complaining of recurrent breast abscess for more than 6 times in 3 years.

Asked medical advice many times with the same management, just incision and drainage.
Coming to our clinic searching for something different.
Taking history in details she had open sympathectomy for hyperhydrosis 3 years ago (old technique).
We thought that there is something in the old operation.
We ordered CT chest with contrast.
And after cardio thoracic surgery consultation asked fistulogram.
We found stitch sinus (dacron) extending from lung then transfixing rib to breast finally skin.
Sinus excision was done +rib resection +wedge excision of the affected part of the lung.

لكن إللي الدراسات اثبتته إن الاستئصال التحفظي وبعدة العلاج الاشعاعي أفضل من الاستئصال الكلي من حيث وقت العملية و فترة النقاهة بعد العملية و الاثار الجانبية و مضاعفات العملية و الحالة النفسية للمريضة بعد العملية...
دة غير دراسات اثبتت إنه أفضل من حيث إمكانية رجوع الورم مرة أخري.
الاستئصال التحفظي هو حاليا الاختيار العلاجي الأول لمعظم السيدات في المراحل المبكرة في معظم دول العالم.
