Guetta percha was removed and ledge was found with some curvatures and very very narrow mesial canals 💪
They were negotiated using cplus files size #6 #8
And full working length was obtained 💪👌

Cavity modification was done and affected dentin was left with coverage by Thercal as an indirect pulp capping ✌️
As patient was asthmatic I went for partial isolation 💪
A saddle matrix was used due to extraction of second molar..
z250 composite was used ✌️
Polished using polishing wheel for composite
