خدمة العملاء في المؤسسات الطبية مش رفاهية… دي خط دفاع أول!

لو المريض أول ما دخل المستشفى أو العيادة قابل تعامل جاف، أو اتجهله سؤاله، أو اتأخر عليه الرد…
فـ حتى لو الخدمة الطبية نفسها كانت ممتازة، الانطباع هيبقى سلبي، والمكان هيفقد ثقة كانت ممكن تكمل لسنين.
