إزاي تستخدم الـ AI Agents في الـ Systematic Review و الـ Meta-Analysis؟
قبل ما نبدأ، لازم نفهم بسرعة إزاي الـ AI Agents دي بتشتغل.
الـ AI Agents دي هي نماذج ذكاء صناعي ضخمة اتدرّبت على ملايين النصوص، والصور، والفيديوهات، والملفات من الإنترنت، وكمان من مكتبات ومصادر علمية وغير علمية. النموذج بيكون مكوَّن من ملايين أو مليارات المعلمات (Parameters)، وكل واحدة منهم بتحفظ نمط أو معلومة في صورة رقمية، وده اللي بيخلي النموذج يقدر "يفهم" و"يرد" على الأسئلة.
تقدر تتخيل النموذج وكأنه أمين مكتبة عبقري. أنت بتدخل عليه بكلمات بسيطة (Query)، وهو يروح يدورلك في مكتبة ضخمة مليانة كتب ومقالات وحقائق محفوظة جواه (في شكل Parameters).
لكن، في تحديين أساسيين لازم نخلي بالنا منهم:
النموذج اتدرّب على كل حاجة: مش بس مصادر علمية، لكن كمان على منتديات زي فتكات!
المعرفة بتاعته محدودة بزمن التدريب: يعني غالبًا متأخر كام سنة عن أحدث الأبحاث.
الحل؟
لمشكلة تأخر المعرفة، بنستخدم تقنيات حديثة زي LangChain او RAG أو أدوات بتسمح للنموذج يوصّل بمصادر خارجية حديثة يقدر يرجع لها وقت الحاجة.
ولمشكلة جودة المحتوى، بنعالجها بهندسة دقيقة للمصادر والتعليمات اللي بنغذي بيها النموذج، أو باستخدام نماذج مخصصة (Fine-tuned) على مصادر علمية فقط.
لما نطبق الكلام ده خطوة بخطوة في الـ Systematic Review أو الـ Meta-Analysis، وبما إن البيانات اللي بنتعامل معاها نصوص، هنقدر نوفّر وقت ومجهود ضخم، ونرفع جودة التحليل، ونبني مقالات بحثية قوية.
