Hospital Quality Manager aims to ensure all services provided by the hospital fit the purpose planned for, each is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, whether legal regulations, Andalusia drivers and customer expectations. He/ She shall coordinate and guide all activities, quality improvement projects required to meet the agreed quality standards in coordination with strategic management, hospital management and department managers to consequently improve effectiveness& efficiency of all processes (medical& non-medical) and achieve hospital expected outcomes of revenue, customer base and value proposition.
