☑Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and cashiers, and allocate tasks effectively.
- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Provide professional medication counseling and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and request needed items to maintain availability.
- Manage sales processes and contribute to achieving shift targets.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Ministry of Health regulations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and submit them to management.

☑Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in community pharmacies; supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of medications, treatment protocols, and drug interactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
