𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲:

Female patient came to clinic with pain in the lower jaw and numbness in lower lip.
جاءت مريضة إلى العيادة مصابة بألم في الفك السفلي وتنميل في الشفة السفلية.

:
It was a case of and numbness started after vigorous irrigation with solution.
عن طريق التشخيص:
كانت حالة من التهاب العظم وحدث تنميل في الفك السفلي بعد تطهير القنوات العصبية بمادة البيتادين

was done and Debridment.
و تم ازالة الجزء المصاب من الفك.

Sensation regained after 6-months post-operative.

واستعاد المريض الإحساس بالفك بعد 6 أشهر من العملية الجراحية.

Case Of the Day :

Female patient came to clinic with Fibroma in the lower lip due to friction with sharp edges from her upper broken tooth.

جاءت مريضة إلى عيادة مع الورم الليفي في الشفة السفلية بسبب الاحتكاك مع حواف حادة من الأسنان المكسورة الأمامية.

Extensional biopsy was done.

Post-operative image was taken after 3 weeks.

الحمد لله رب العامين
حالة كسر مزدوج بالفك السفلى ، كسر بزاوية الفك اليمنى و كسر من الناحية الامامية اليسرى ، تم تثبيت الكسور بواسطة شرائح معدنية و مسامير

Case of a Left Mandibular Angle and Right Parasymphyseal fracture. Operation done with Open Reduction and Internal fixation using plates and screws .
