هناك عده نصائح لصحه الفم والاسنان :-
1-تدريب الاطفال منذ الصغر علي السلوكيات الايجابيه للحفاظ علي صحه الفم والاسنان.
2-الحرص علي زياره طبيب الاسنان بصفه دوريه .
3-الحرص علي تنظيف الاسنان بالفرشاه 3 مرات يوميأ بعد تناول الطعام وخاصه قبل النوم .
4-تغير فرشاه الاسنان كل 3 شهور.
5-يفضل استخدام غسول مناسب لتطهير الفم والتخلص من بقايا الطعام والبكتيريا المتراكمه بين الاسنان .
6-التخفيف من الحلويات والسكريات التي تؤدي الي تسوس الاسنان .
7-معالجه الاسنان المتعرضه للتسوس لحمايه العصب من الالتهابات الشديده.
8-الابتعاد عن المشروبات الغازيه التي تسبب تأكل الاسنان مع مرور الوقت .
