Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with company strategy.
Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable feedback and corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Ensure effective ex*****on of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate reports and forecasts and communicate insights to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Good command of English and strong reporting skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned district.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in accounting operations, auditing, taxation, and ERP systems, with strong analytical and compliance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle all tax-related matters, including VAT, income tax calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Work efficiently on Oracle ERP for accounting entries, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide accurate financial reports to management as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
- Proven experience in auditing and taxation (VAT & income tax).
- Strong working experience with Oracle ERP is a must.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Residence in Alexandria is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
*Product & Brand Management
*Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with company objectives.
*Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
*Manage product life cycle activities including launches, extensions, and phase-outs.
8Sales Force Support
