A female patient diagnosed with recurrent re**al cancer with liver mets at segment 2 & 3 .
Re**al tumor was locally excised twice within the previous two years ...
Following neoadjuvant chemoradiation, the patient underwent Laparoscopic Low ant resection and primary colore**al anastmosis without ileal stoma and laparoscopic left lateral hepatectomy in the same setting.

70 years old female patient diagnosed with two distinctive IPMN leisons in the head and body of pancrease ( diagnosed by Triphasic CT and EUS, and confirmed with PET MRI)

Patient underwent Laparoscopic subtotal pancreatectomy with preservation of pancreatic tail (in an attempt to control postoperative Diabetes) and spleen.

Postoperative course went smoothly with no complication
