CIVAS Unit is a clean area where all IV medications and TPN formulations are aseptically prepared

CIVAS Unit is constructed according to ASHP's (American Society of Health-System Pharmacists) specifications, also medications are prepared according to ASHP's USP recommendations. Parenteral nutrition formulations are prepared according to the latest updates in ASPEN ( American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition) & ESPEN (European Society for clinical nutrition and metabolism) guidlines.
