A rhinoplasty surgeon should be aware of different techniques used in rhinoplasty and have it in his toolbox and to use each technique in the case suitable for it to be able to correct different deformities encountered in rhinoplasty.
Techniques in rhinoplasty varies from the most conservative techniques as in cases of preservation rhinoplasty to the most extensive techniques as in case of extracorporeal septorhinoplasty where the whole nasal septum is extracted outside the body, reconstructed externally and the re implanted back inside the nose as in this case with severely crooked nose and nasal septum.
من المهم ان يكون جراح تجميل الانف علي دراية كافية بالتقنيات المختلفة في جراحات تجميل الانف، و استخدام كل تقنية في موضعها الصحيح مع المريض التي تناسب حالته

تقنيات تجميل الانف كثيره جدا من العمليات التحفظيه الي العمليات الاكثر صعوبه و تعقيدا مثل عملية اصلاح الحاجز الانفي خارج الانف في حالات كسور الانف المعقده و التي يتم فيها استخراج الحاجز الانفي كاملا خارج الانف و اصلاحه ثم اعادته مرة ثانيه داخل الانف مثل هذه الحاله.
