تمت دعوة الأستاذ الدكتور تامر عبد الباقي للمشاركة في الاجتماع الخامس عشر في فرانكفورت - ألمانيا لإلقاء محاضرة حول أبحاثه الممتدة لأكثر من عشر سنوات عن دور جراحة السمنة الأيضية في علاج ارتفاع ضغط المخ (Intracranial Hypertension).

يُعد ارتفاع ضغط المخ من الحالات الخطيرة التي تصيب النساء في سن الإنجاب بشكلٍ خاص، وقد يؤدي إلى صداع شديد وفقدان تدريجي في النظر وحتى العمى في بعض الحالات.

أبحاث د. تامر الرائدة أثبتت أن جراحات السمنة الأيضية يمكن أن تُحدث تحسنًا كبيرًا أو حتى شفاءً تامًا من هذا المرض، مما يعيد للمرضى بصرهم وصحتهم وحياتهم الطبيعية. ✨🌍
