True Rejuvenation Starts Beneath the Surface
My signature approach to facial rejuvenation is built on two transformative techniques: the deep plane facelift and the deep structural neck lift. This isn’t just about lifting skin — it’s about restoring harmony, structure, and natural beauty for results that are elegant, refined, and long-lasting.
In the first two diagrams, we explore the facial layers:
🔸 Yellow zone: skin & subcutaneous fat (layers 1 & 2) are gently lifted from the SMAS (layer 3), allowing precise access without stretching the surface.
🔹 Blue plane: the deep gliding layer (layer 4), where osteocutaneous ligaments are released. This step allows us to reposition descended cheek fat pads — addressing nasolabial folds and marionette lines naturally. Once mobilized, tissues are lifted back into youthful position and excess skin is removed without tension.
In the next two images, we focus on the neck:
🔴 The deep structural neck lift involves reducing and reshaping the submandibular gland, reinforcing support with the digastric muscle sling, and tightening the platysma. We also refine deeper structures and fat below the platysma, restoring the cervicomental angle and giving the neck a smooth, elegant contour.
✨ What sets this apart? Unlike traditional facelifts that only address the skin, the deep plane technique lifts and repositions at the foundation. It softens deep lines, restores volume, and sculpts the jawline — without a pulled or “done” look.
Every face tells a unique story. That’s why my approach is always tailored — guided by your anatomy, your goals, and a commitment to natural beauty. You’ll still look like you — just more vibrant, confident, and rejuvenated.
