Job Vacancy - Architect

1. General Prerequisites:
• Full awareness of all design-related software programs (REVIT and AutoCAD software knowledge is a must, and 3D Max and BIM knowledge is a plus).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project).
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Perfect communication skills.
• Self-motivated.

2. Job Description
• Assists in the preparation and/or review of architecture, interior drawings, and landscape from concept & schematic design to detailed drawings (Full Construction Drawings).
• Coordinates across trades and develop and/or review the design drawings to provide the working drawings for the technical engineering stage.
• Develops creative ideas keeping in mind project needs and building usage.
• Works closely with other professionals such as project managers, supervision consultants, construction managers, quantity surveyors, etc.
• liaises with relevant professional staff within the team.
• Visits building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans.

3. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 5 years of experience in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Previous construction site experience is essential.
• Proven hands-on involvement in construction sites, with responsibilities including supervision, coordination, and on-site ex*****on.
• Extensive field experience in construction project sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
