💢Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Science, or equivalent.

0–2 years of experience in medical promotion (fresh graduates welcome).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Residency in or near the designated area is essential.

Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ District Manager – Monufia, Gharbia & Kafr El Sheikh

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the medical promotion team in the region.

Set and implement area-specific strategies to achieve sales targets.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical promotion.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in the Delta region is a plus.

2️⃣ Area Manager – Al Delta Region

Responsibilities:

Supervise multiple district teams and ensure regional target achievement.

Drive strategic expansion and enhance market pe*******on.

Analyze performance reports and adjust operational plans accordingly.

Collaborate with senior management on market development initiatives.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in medical sales or promotion, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
