If you're a licensed pharmacist with at least 1 year of experience managing a pharmacy branch, this opportunity is for you!

🎓 Position: Branch Manager (Pharmacist)

📅 Experience: Minimum 1 year as a pharmacy branch manager

🔹 Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy branch
Manage team performance and ensure excellent customer service
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
Achieve sales targets and implement company offers
Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards
Train and motivate pharmacy staff

🔸 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Valid license to practice pharmacy in Egypt
Minimum 1 year of experience as a branch manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with pharmacy POS systems and operations

1-Manage the recruitment and onboarding process

3-Handle attendance, leave tracking, and personnel documentation
4-Support daily HR operations and employee engagement
5-Coordinate with departments to fulfill hiring needs
6-Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law
