Honored to hold the Womb Wisdom Women’s Circle at .cosmic.festival this year 🌿🌺🌊

We played, we cried, we learnt, we hugged. It was such a powerful step towards remembering who we are, reconnecting with our inner cycles and seasons, and reclaiming that wisdom that has always lived in our bodies.

My greatest teacher and inspiration in this work, holds an ocean of knowledge. What I share is only a glimpse of the depth she embodies. Yet I’m proud to be bringing some of that wisdom home, planting seeds here in the country that has given me so much.

To many more circles, many more sisters, and many more moments of remembering and growing together.

We rise, hand in hand, heart to heart 💖🌸🤍🪽

Guiding SONIC BREATH in the UFO Dome was pure electricity! The space lifted off 🚀 breath by breath, until we were floating together in one massive wave 🌀

Egypt’s North Coast never disappoints! 100 shades of blues and white sanded beaches, radiant souls, and a vibe that felt bigger than us all. Grateful to be back in the heart of it 💫

Ever wonder why Sound Healing feels so good? 🤓

When you strike a singing bowl, you’re not just hearing one tone. You’re hearing a whole constellation of tones! 🌌

A low base tone, layered with spacious overtones that ring out and swirl through nervous system like a sonic massage 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏾‍♂️💆🏼

Unlike most Western instruments, the tones in Sound Healing instruments like bowls, bells, and chimes are so widely spread apart, your brain can actually pick them out, one by one. That’s what helps you drop in so fast.. mind still, body soft, exhales deep… 😴
