medical history revealed ,omrbid obesity, DM, no history of Falriasis on tropical disease IHD,cardiac stent on anticoagulant,
on Ex. patient on oxygen mask .full conscious. bedridden.
very thick scortal wall and completey Concealed P***s not seen and diffecult
also both te**es not palpable
patient passed urine with weak stream

للوقاية من تكون حصوات الكلي
١-شرب الماء بقدر كافي لايقل عن ٢لتر ونصف يوميا
٢-تقليل ملح الطعام او منع الملح نهائي
٣-تقليل شرب القهوة السادة او الشاي بكثرة .. يفضل اضافة اللبن مع القهوة والشاي
٤-تجنب التعرض لدرجات حرارة المرتفعة سواء في العمل او طقس حار
