📍 Location: Upper Egypt.
BioMED Egypt is seeking a Field Trainer to join our Learning & Development team!

Core Responsibilities:
✅ Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs on selling skills, medical knowledge, and soft skills.
✅ Conduct on-the-job coaching visits to provide real-time feedback and support individual development plans.
✅ Collaborate with District Managers to conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness and performance, providing actionable insights to management.
✅ Partner with sales leadership and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related science.
💼 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with proven coaching and leadership capabilities.
🌟 Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
🗣️ Excellent ability to transfer knowledge in a clear and engaging way.

• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design engaging and informative training content.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to influence and engage teams across different levels.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
