Cairo University Ocular Oncology Service Ocular oncology involves the study and treatment of tumors that occur in or around the eye.

These tumors can range from harmless to potentially life-threatening, and may cause vision loss or loss of the eye itself.

We are thrilled to share the publication of several of our latest papers!

The first two papers feature the culmination of our work & experience on uveal melanomas and circumscribed choroidal hemangiomas since the inception of our oncology service, and have been published in the prestigious Ocular Oncology and Pathology Journal.

Additionally, under the guidance of our ocular oncology consultants, rising researchers and residents contributed a series of review articles featured in the ocular oncology special issue of the Egyptian Retina Journal.
