الفرق بين الشلل الدماغي والتأخر الحركي والإصابات الدماغية
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
أحبابي، كثير من الأهالي يختلط عليهم الفرق بين الشلل الدماغي والتأخر الحركي والإصابات الدماغية، فحبيت أوضح الفروقات بشكل مبسط لتعم الفائدة.
🧠 الشلل الدماغي (Cerebral Palsy)
• تعريفه: اضطراب في الحركة والتوازن بسبب تلف غير متطور في الدماغ (عادة قبل أو أثناء الولادة أو في السنتين الأوليتين)
• الأعراض:
• تيبس أو ضعف في العضلات
• حركات لا إرادية
• صعوبة في التوازن والتناسق الحركي
• قد يصاحبه مشاكل في الرؤية، السمع، الكلام أو التخلف العقلي (ليس دائماً)
• المميز: الأعراض ثابتة لا تزداد سوءاً مع الوقت (غير تقدمي)
� التأخر الحركي (Motor Delay)
• تعريفه: تأخر في اكتساب المهارات الحركية (الجلوس، الحبو، المشي) دون وجود سبب مرضي واضح
• الأعراض:
• الطفل يتطور ولكن ببطء مقارنة بأقرانه
• لا يوجد ضعف أو تيبس في العضلات
• لا يوجد مشاكل في الإحساس أو التوازن
• المميز: غالباً يتحسن مع العلاج الطبيعي والتدخل المبكر
🧩 الإصابات الدماغية (Brain Injuries)
• تعريفها: تلف في الدماغ بسبب حادث (سقوط، حادث سير) أو عدوى (التهاب سحايا) أو سكتة دماغية
• الأعراض:
• فقدان مهارات كانت موجودة سابقاً (تراجع في التطور)
• تغيرات في الشخصية أو السلوك
• نوبات صرع في بعض الحالات
• مشاكل في الذاكرة أو التركيز
• المميز: الأعراض قد تظهر فجأة بعد الإصابة وتختلف حسب منطقة الدماغ المتأثرة
📌 نقاط مهمة:
• الشلل الدماغي يظهر من الطفولة المبكرة والأعراض ثابتة
• التأخر الحركي لا يصاحبه مشاكل عصبية أخرى
• الإصابات الدماغية تحدث بعد حدث معين وقد تسبب تراجعاً في المهارات
• التشخيص الدقيق يحتاج إلى طبيب مخ و اعصاب أطفال
