Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME) is a type of therapy that is focusing on developing children with gross motor disorder. This therapy was created and developed by Chilean physiotherapist and kinesiologist Ramon Cuevas in the 1970s. Throughout the years, Ramonβs dedication and effort have made a huge progression with every child in his motor skills. He helped a lot of children with his powerful technique to be well improved to sit, stand, and walk independently. The CME consists of more than 3000 exercises to help children who have Gross Motor Skills Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay, Spina Bifida, Brain Injury, and Physical, Sensory or Cognitive Difficulties. The CME mainly focuses on gross motor skills, gradual progression, postural control, and training movements.
