1️⃣ الأكل بسرعة بعد أذان المغرب

بعد صيام ساعات طويلة… الأكل بسرعة ممكن يسبب:

انتفاخ

عسر هضم

إحساس بالتخمة

2️⃣ شرب العصائر بس

الفطار على عصير فقط يؤدي إلى:

ارتفاع سريع في السكر

جوع أسرع بعد فترة قصيرة

3️⃣ البدء بالمقليات

زي:

سمبوسة

بطاطس

مقرمشات
ده بيعمل:

خمول

حموضة

زيادة في السعرات

4️⃣ شرب مياه كتير مرة واحدة

ده ممكن يسبب:

انتفاخ

ضغط على المعدة

تقليل الشهية للأكل الصحي

5️⃣ إهمال البروتين

الفطار بدون بروتين يؤدي إلى:

عدم الشبع

جوع سريع
