What do you see when you look back at your movement?

These are 6 frames of movement and the first things that come to mind looking back

1. Not so itsy bitsy spider
2. T-rex hands / etiquette el yoga
3. Holding the wall up with my two fingers kinda strong
4. The grass is lava and I’m slow-roasting my butt
5. Just missing a katana
6. Batshames 3adi

Use this ridiculousness as your reminder that you don’t need to take yourself or your vocation so seriously all the time - letting yourself be whatever ridiculous thing you may want to be can sometimes be the whole point :)

Moments in time will pass, live them and let them 🖤

Shake your shoulders, shake your legs, crack a cheesy smile, and go do your thing 😁

A sentence that crossed my path last week

‎ليس للإنسان الا ما سعى

“Man attains nothing but what he seeks”

Your life is fully yours - meaning that the responsibility for what you make out of it falls right on your shoulders.

You will not have peace if you do not seek to know and create it.

You will not be satisfied if you do not seek to know and intentionally create that in the spaces of your life.

You will not heal unless you seek to know and create that healing for yourself.

Nothing you want will come to you if you are not intentional about bringing it forth and claiming it.

Get up, face yourself, cultivate compassion for your humanness and dedication for your vision (vision here is synonymous to your heart’s fire).

You can live a life that you fully claim responsibility for - have that be yours from your biggest and proudest achievements down to the smallest detail of your day.

Or you can settle for the one that is very easy to plaster a smile for and flow with.

Keep getting up and making intentional choices. Rome wasn’t and will not be built in a day.

If you treat the mind as a home,

These are 3 things to send flying out the window:
What if’s, have to’s, and cant’s.

These are 2 things to keep things clear and organized:
Journaling and meditation.

And this is 1 strategy for creating the life you want:
Open the door and go out for walks often - use your home as a resting ground, not a hiding place.

No practice is perfect or can act as the ultimate fix, practice anyway.
