Key Account Management: Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with top-tier healthcare professionals and institutions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of the Greater Cairo market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine (MBA is a significant plus).
Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage complex territories, and drive organizational change.
Communication: Fluent in English with professional negotiation and presentation skills.
