Even the most challenging subjects can be presented in a professional and enjoyable way.
Sunday was filled with activities for the students, who were welcomed by the CDC with pleasure at the Family Park. First, they watched a puppet show about bullying, followed by an interactive discussion with our team where they showed full understanding of the topic. Then, they participated in a class where they created puppets based on their favourite characters from the show. Every student expressed their feelings and emotions with their puppets and learned the different types of puppets and how to make a hand puppet, which they excelled at doing.
We ended the day with a visit to the zoo in the park.
It was a fantastic day, and we looked forward to more to come.

خليك شجاع وامنع التنمر🤺

"التنمر "هو سلوك عدواني بيمارسه المتنمر بهدف يضعف ثقة اللي قدامه ويفرض سيطرته عليه😈 ممكن يكون من شخص أو مجموعة

هنتعرف هنا علي أنواع التنمر:

1️⃣ تنمر لفظي(verbal bullying):
وهنا المتنمربيتعمَّد الإساءة لشخص لفظيًا بإنه يشتم زميله أو يناديه بإسم بيتضايق منه أو عن طريق كتابة ألفاظ تأثر على شكله بين الطلاب.

2️⃣تنمر جسدى(physical bullying):
والأسلوب دا المتنمر بيستخدمه بغرض فرض السيطرة على الشخص اللي قدامه عن طريق الضرب والتعدي عليه أو بتمزيق كتبه المدرسية أو كسر مقتنيات الطالب.

3️⃣تنمر الالكتروني(cyber bullying):
ودا بيكون في السوشيال ميديا من خلال الكومبيوتر أو الفون عن طريق ارسال رسايل أو كومنتات فيها اساءة أو نشر محتوى بيشجع على التنمر سواء مرئي أو مكتوب.

4️⃣تنمر اجتماعي(social bullying):
وهنا المتنمر بيتعمد الإضرار بسمعة شخص لمجرد إنه مش بيحبه أو يُطلب من اصحابه في المدرسة انهم يبعدو عنه ومايلعبوش معاه ويبدا بنشر الإشاعات عنه.

⬅️وفقًا لما نشرته المنظمة العالمية للصحة (WHO), أنَّه من بين 10-20%من الأطفال حول العالم يعانون من الاضطرابات العقلية.

🙅‍♀️ تعرُض أطفالك للتنمر أو العنف أو الاضطهاد أو للضغط الدراسي ممكن يولد عند طفلك:

1️⃣ سلوكيات غير اعتيادية منها: العنف والعزلة وعدم الثقة بالنفس واللي كفيلة من إنها تأثر علي تحصيله الدراسي أو يوصل لمرحلة التهرُب من المدرسة🏫

2️⃣ اضطرابات عقلية ناتجة عن تراكم السلوكيات الغير اعتيادية وعدم ملاحظتها مبكرًا وعلاجها فورًا

💡 عشان كدا دورنا كآباءوأمهات 👨‍👩‍👦ومدرسين👨‍🏫إن إحنا نهتم بمعرفة العلامات التحذيرية⚠️ اللي بتظهر على الطفل أو المراهق عشان نقدر نكتشف الاضطرابات العقلية مبكرًا ونعالجها.

➡️According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 10-20% of children around the world suffer from mental disorders.

♀ ♀️ if Your child is exposed to bullying, violence, persecution or academic pressure at school. It can affect; your child in many ways such as:
1️⃣ Unusual behaviors, including: violence, isolation and lack of self-confidence, which can affect his academic performance or lead to the stage of truancy from school.

2️⃣ Mental disorders caused by the accumulation of unusual behaviors and not being noticed early and treated immediately

💡 That is why our role as parents 👨 👩 👦 and teachers,and caregivers is to learn the warning signs ⚠️ that appear on a child or adolescent so that we can detect mental disorders early and treat them as soon as possible.

ما الذي يجعل طفلي خائف من الذهاب للمدرسة🤔

أطفال كتير في سن بداية الدراسة بيكون عندهم رفض للمدرسة لدرجة إنهم ممكن يألفوا أسباب مش حقيقية عشان يهربوا من المدرسة

في مركزنا (Child development center) هناخدك في رحلة صغيرة ✈️ونقولك ليه ابنك أو بنتك بيهربوا من المدرسة؟!🏃

⬅️متلازمة رفض الأطفال للمدرسة 🏫أو ما يُعرف ب(فوبيا المدرسة) بيكون لها عدة أسباب منها:

1️⃣نتيجة للضغط الدراسي لبعض المواد الطفل بيحس بالقلق وبيبدأ يتجنب أيام معينة من الأسبوع ويرفض فيها المدرسة🙅‍♀️

2️⃣بعض الأطفال بيكونوا متعلقين بأهلهم جدًا وفكرة تواجدهم في بيئة أهلهلم مش موجودين فيها بتكون تجربة قاسية جدًا عليهم.

3️⃣صعوبات التعلم زي ضعف الانتباه🧏‍♂️ والتركيز أو عدم القدرة على القراءة والكتابة✍️والحساب🧮
بتسبب هروب الطفل من المدرسة.

4️⃣التنمُر ويعتبر أمر شائع بين الأطفال والعزلة الاجتماعية اللي بيتعرض ليها الطفل بين أصدقائه بتولد عند الطفل عدم الرغبة في الذهاب للمدرسة.

5️⃣وجود مدرس مُخيف 😈في تعامله مع طفلك دا كفيل جدًا بإن طفلك يرفض الذهاب للمدرسة.

6️⃣تغيير المدرسة بيسبب خوف عند الطفل ورفض الطفل الاندماج مع البيئة الجديدة.
