Hospital managers needed
Outpatient, Emergency room and Administrative directors.
Managers must have at least 6 years experience in healthcare management.
Outpatient and Emergency room Managers
must have experience in the following :-
1- Managing the workflow, staff and inventory in the relevant department.
2- Develops plans and strategies to enhance patients experience in the departments and follow up on the patients.
3- Follow local and international guidelines for management of each case.
4- Develops plans and strategies to maximise revenue and minimise cost without affecting performance.
5- scheduling and reporting
6- Attending all required meetings (M&Ms, quality, strategic, board meetings)
Administrative director must have worked as a manager in a healthcare facility for at least 6 years and must have experience on the following :-
1- Responsible for all day to day activities.
2- Responsible for all administrative departments with focus on budgeting, maximising revenue and minimising expenses without affecting performance.
3- Responsible for employee’s wellbeing, schedules, reporting, overlooking their day to day activities
4- Implementing strategies, policies and procedures in each department.
5- Has relevant experience in the accreditation processes for healthcare facilities and how to implement them. (GAHAR and JCI standards)
6- Responsible for developing the performance of all sales and corporate activities.
7. Responsible for directing the sales team and provides leadership towards maximizing profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and value.
8- Develops plans and strategies to expand the base of doctors and companies in the field of marketing.
9- Develop an action plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the achievement of the company's sales goals and profitability.
10- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team and companies.
11- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans as needed.
12- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
13- Provide competitive, accurate and timely pricing on all potential completed orders submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
14-Responsible for following up on doctors' problems and providing solutions from the hospital administration.
