🔻He lost 70 kg after Sleeve operation but left him with flabby belly & chest.

🔻liposculpture was done to the abdomen and chest to remove all the fat

🔻Excess skin was removed and the abdominal muscles was plicated to get the muscular tight look 🏋️‍♂️

🔻Excess skin was removed from the chest and the ni**le was elevated to it’s original position to get the shredded chest
