Hamstring injury is NOT just “a pulled muscle.”

Most injuries happen during high-speed running or sudden deceleration — especially in sports like football & padel — when the hamstring is working eccentrically to control the leg.

Not every tingling is a disc problem.
Low back pain doesn’t always mean “Lumbar Disc”.
And numbness or tingling isn’t automatically a slipped disc.

Sometimes it’s: • Muscle tightness
• Trigger points
• Nerve irritation
