Alot of obstacles in this case let’s show them :
1- first xray shows pulp stone at the pulp chamber, mL canal calcified at the apical one third …
2- second xray after stone removal
3… third photo:opening the ML canal which shows severe curvature so we tried to open it carefully using flexible files
4:checking master cones
5: finally obturation this case wish you like this case😌

البيشنت داه جه يشتكي من وجع مع الاكل على ضرس هو المفروض انه عامله علاج جذور ..Lower right 5
و بعد الاشعة التشخيصية الاولى يبان ان حشو العصب كويس و واصل لاخر الجذر لكن برضه مبين ان في التهاب في الانسجة المحيطة بالضرس …
بدأنا نشيل حشو العصب القديم و نقيم الوضع تاني لحد م اكتشفنا ان في missed canal بدايتها من عند ال middle third و لما بدأنا ننضفها الصديد طلع من ال canal و بعد جلستين عملنا ال obturation و في انتظار ال follow up ❤️
هختم بجملة قالها endodontist كنت بتدرب معاه
It’s not about long beautiful white lines ..it’s about your protocol and your patience 🌹🌹
