Narrowing of the vein (red arrow) in the Brain impedes venous drainage.
To overcome that narrowing, small veins develop that bridge the narrowed segment (blue arrows).

We treat that narrowing by placing a stent.
As you can see in the after images; the irregular segment now becomes smooth and regular, and venous channels now disappeared.

This condition is called benign increased intracranial pressure and it’s a cause of progressive visual loss and also pulsatile tinnitus.
The procedure is called; Sigmoid Sinus Stenting.

Beautiful correlation between the front view MRI and the front view angiogram.
In the angiogram, you can see 2 catheters in each uterine artery.
You can see the circular angiographic architecture of the piled up Fibroids in this 2D image.
This multiple Fibroids , eight in number, are seen in the successive MRI slices, they appear black.

The result after Varicocele treatment on both sides, you can see the blue arrows pointing to the glue cast in the right Gonadal vein, while the purple arrows pointing to the glue cast in the left side.
