Position: Business Unit Manager | Full-time, El Obour City
What You Will Lead ?
* Lead commercial strategy to drive revenue and market-share growth
* Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
* Develop and guide sales & marketing teams for strong ex*****on
* Oversee product performance, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management
* Build solid relationships with key customers, veterinarians, and partners
* Translate market insights into actionable plans that grow the business
What We’re Looking For ?
* Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine
* 15–20 years of experience in the animal health market
* Minimum 7 years in managerial roles leading commercial teams
* Strong background in:
• Strategic planning & business development
• People leadership & coaching
• Market analysis & competitive intelligence
• Negotiation & partner management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility
* Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
* Cairo or Giza residents preferred
