🔸 عدم الإهتمام بنظافة الفم
🔸 تسوس الأسنان و إلتهابات اللثة
🔸 بعض أنواع الأكل زي : الثوم و البصل و أنواع من الجبنة
🔸 التدخين
🔸 جفاف الفم
🔸 مشاكل صحية أخري زي : بعض أمراض المعدة و إلتهابات الحلق

طرق العلاج 🔻
🔸 غسيل الأسنان بطريقة مستديمة مع إستخدام خيط الأسنان
🔸 غسيل سطح اللسان بفرشاة مخصوصة لأنه بيحتوي علي كمية كبيرة من البكتيريا اللي بتكون السبب الرئيسي في رائحة الفم الكريهة
🔸 تنظيف الجير و الكشف الدوري عند طبيب الأسنان لعلاج التسوس و إلتهابات اللثة
🔸 نمنع التدخين و نقلل من الأكل اللي بيسبب رائحة كريهة
🔸 ترطيب الفم بإستمرار بشرب الماء و أكل اللبان الخالي من السكر
🔸 نأكل تفاحة بعد الوجبات لأنها بتساعد علي تنظيف الفم من بقايا الأكل
🔸 نستخدم غسول الفم
🔸 زيارة الطبيب المعالج لو في أي مشاكل أخري في المعدة

🔹بيستخدم أثناء تقويم الأسنان للوقاية من التسوس

🔹يتم وضعه من ٣ ل ٤ مرات في السنة إبتداءاً من سن
