My last retreat in nature was a rejuvenating experience filled with peaceful moments. I found solace in planting flowers, connecting with the earth and watching new life bloom. Coloring under the shade of a tree helped me relax and find creative inspiration. And practicing yoga in the midst of nature filled me with a sense of harmony and inner peace. I love and enjoy my retreats just like anyone of my students it’s always fulfilling ♥️
