His remarkable path includes MetLife roles from Branch Coordinator and Customer Service to Corporate Business Operations Manager handling massive premiums and thousands of customers, AXA Egypt as Managing Director CEO Commercial, COO MD Services where he launched the eService platform and RPA initiatives saving over one hundred million EGP, and his ongoing role instructing at AUC School of Business in Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation.
