Following on from introducing crystal reiki to you last week, here is some ways you can introduce crystal reiki into your home.

Today's room - the bedroom...

Malachite is my go-to crystal for sleep patterns. If you're having for disturbed nocturnal patterns, hold a malachite stone for an hour or so before you want to go to sleep. Just carry on with whatever you're doing & take it to bed beside you, either under your pillow or on your nightstand. This works very quickly for some people, but everyone sees an improvement in their sleep patterns over a couple of weeks.

Celestite & lapis lazuli are good for dreams &
dream recall.

Ruby protects you from nightmares & you could also hang a dreamcatcher over your bed for this.

Mookaite, moldavite, jade, & spirit quartz can all help dreams & a pleasant night's sleep.

Red jasper at the foot of the bed is grounding & helps channel away the worries of the day.

Tourmaline is protective & clears worries from the head & heart.

Rhodochrosite is a passion stone that is capable of lighting a spark in a tepid relationship.

Falcon's eye can help someone express their s*xuality.

Turquoise is a firm favourite here at The Crystal Healer & we have crystals available in all shapes & sizes!

But did you know that we're not the first to love it?!

Since ancient times, cultures around the world have admired the distinct colour of turquoise.
The earliest evidence of turquoise gemstones comes from ancient Egyptian tombs, which contain elaborate turquoise jewellery dating back to 3000 BCE! Egyptians set turquoise in gold necklaces & rings, used it as inlay, & carved it into scarabs. Most notably, King Tut’s iconic burial mask was extravagantly adorned with turquoise.

The oldest turquoise mines are in the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt. One sat near an ancient temple dedicated to Hathor, the Greek goddess of love & joy who was worshiped as a protector in the desert & as the patron saint of mining. Egyptians called turquoise mefkat, which meant “joy” & “delight.”

CHOOSING CRYSTALS
You may choose a crystal on the basis that it will help you with a specific problem or ailment, or you can choose a crystal simply on the basis that you are drawn to it. 🤩💎🥰

CRYSTALS THAT YOU ARE DRAWN TO
When you look at an array of crystals there will be some that attract you. They may be pretty, sparkly, or sometimes in strange or interesting ways.
Sometimes crystals may be predictive in that they can help you with a future problem or issue. The first time I observed this I was dowsing crystals in my shop for a customer. Citrine came up for him, & I intuitively knew it was related to his digestion. He took the crystal & telephoned me a few days later to say that he had unexpectedly gone out for dinner the previous night & everyone except him had got food poisoning. He had been carrying his citrine!
Whatever the purpose of the crystals you have chosen, this will be revealed to you when it is needed. So when you're attracted to a crystal, don't worry about why - just trust yourself.

CRYSTALS YOU AREN'T DRAWN TO
You may notice crystals that you don't like, yet they can also be very helpful. You don't like them because they're touching something very uncomfortable & deep inside you that you thought you'd locked away. l've seen people burst into tears or be
physically repulsed by a crystal.
When you work with crystals you don't like, they help buried issues to surface. As a result you may cry, get angry, or otherwise release trapped emotion. This process can be rough, but stay with it - it won't last long. Afterwards you'll feel better; even transformed. You will never again have to avoid something because of your buried issues. Clients & friends are drawn to you because of who you are & your energy; so don't be surprised if the same or similar crystals & issues keep coming up.

The final crystals on this journey though psychic connection & protection is Rutilated Quartz and Smoky Quartz.

Carnelian is next on my list for psychic protection in the lead up to Halloween (or any time of the year!). More specifically, Carnelian is helpful for connecting to the spirits.
