a case of Arteriovenous malformation in a 9-year-old male child. frequent intraoral severe bleeding with Hb% reaches 5 at an occasion. Frequent blood transfusion is needed. intraoral is no more than inflamed gingival tissue that bleeds on touch. all required investigations were performed that showed huge intrabony and subcutaneous lesion. Super selective embolization was performed perioperatively. Surgical excision with mandibular resection and placement of reconstruction plate. good results for follow up to 3 weeks to be continued for longer time.
A point to stress on: DO NOT WAIT MORE THAN 48 HOURS
