معالجة نفسية إكلينيكية - حيث تزدهر العقول ، تلتئم القلوب

تعمل نهلة عبد الباقي كأخصائية نفسية إكلينيكية، وحاصلة على درجة الليسانس في علم النفس من جامعة حلوان، وحاملة دبلوم الدراسات العليا في علم النفس الإكلينيكي من كلية الآداب بجامعة حلوان. تعمل في مجال العمل العيادي منذ عام 2013 حتى الآن، من خلال العمل في بعض العيادات النفسية في القاهرة والجيزة. تدربت علي العلاج المعرفي السلوكي والعلاج الجدلي السلوكي في الجمعية المصرية للمعالجين النفسيين ومركز الدراسات النفسية بجامعة القاهرة. لديها خبرة في العمل مع حالات الأطفال والمراهقين والبالغين في حالات مثل الاكتئاب، والقلق، والوسواس القهري، واضطرابات ما بعد الصدمة، والمخاوف، واضطرابات الشخصية، والرهاب الاجتماعي، وفرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه، ومشاكل السلوك للأطفال. كما عملت كمنسقة لبرنامج العنف في المدارس في الهلال الأحمر المصري من نهاية عام 2017 حتى نهاية عام 2018، وقامت بتأسيس وإعداد الشكل النهائي للبرنامج وتدريب المتطوعين على تنفيذ الأنشطة.
تدربت أ. نهلة عبد الباقي على المشاكل النفسية والسلوكية والمعرفية في الجمعية المصرية للمعالجين النفسيين ومركز الدراسات النفسية بجامعة القاهرة ورابطة الاختصاصيين النفسيين المصرية. من خلال التعامل مع اضطرابات الكبار والمراهقين بما في ذلك الاكتئاب والقلق والمخاوف والوسواس القهري واضطراب ما بعد الصدمة واضطرابات الشخصية. تتمثل الطريقة في تقييم المشاكل النفسية والمعرفية والسلوكية للمرضى باستخدام تقنيات العلاج السلوكي المعرفي والعلاج التحليلي السلوكي، ثم وضع خطة علاجية تحتوي على أهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى للمرضى ومناقشتها معهم والعمل عليها خلال الجلسات.

من الحاجات المضحكه جدا لاقيت ويب سايت واخد فيديوهات قديمه ليا من ٢٠١٧ (واخد فيديوهات كتير قوي من قناة اليوتيوب بتاعتي) و عاملها علي شكل كورسات و بيتاخد عليها شهاده لا و كمان كاتب شهاده معتمده و حاطط وصف للحاجه الي عملها في هيئه (كورس مجاني معتمد) انا قريت و مش مستوعبه هو انا قولت كل الكلام ده 😂
المشكلة انه حاطط لينك الفيديو من قناة اليوتيوب نفسها ف ده لا يعتبر سرقة محتوي لانه واخد لينك الفيديو نفسه
الفكرة بقي ان الويب سايت لامم فيديوهات لناس كتير قوي في مجالات كتير مختلفة و بنفس الطريقة هتاخد كورس مجاني و بشهاده معتمده!!!
ف عموما انا مش بعمل اي شهادات معتمدة في اي حتة عشان لو حد شاف اسمي موجود في حاجه مكتوب عليها كلمه (شهاده معتمده) لا مش انا يا جماعه

من شهر نوفمبر الي فات و انا كنت بشتغل علي اني ارجع بمحتوي جديد تحديدا محتوي طويل علي قناتي علي اليوتيوب و يتحط في الويب سايت عندي الخاص بالكورسات ك دروس مجانية أو كورسات مصغرة مجانية
حقيقي انا من شهر نوفمبر و انا كنت بشتغل جامد علي تحضير محتوي (فيديوهات طويلة - فيديوهات قصيرة ريلز - مقالات تعليمية) كان شغل انا مشتغلتوش في حياتي قبل كده من ساعه ما دخلت في قصة صناعه المحتوي دي من ٢٠١٧ لحد دلوقتي من متابعه الي موجود علي قد ما اقدر و اشوف الي حواليا من زمايلي بيقدموا ايه و تحضير الافكار و كتابة الاسكريبت و التصوير و المونتاج و كل الأمور دي
و ان الحمد لله حريصة جدا ان المحتوي الي اركز عليه يكون محتوي يعيش مش محتوي يضرب و ينتشر لا يبقي محتوي نبعته لأي حد عنده مشكلة متعلقة بالمحتوي نفسه و يستفيد منه
فبعد غياب اكتر من ٥ سنين علي عمل محتوي طويل منتظم علي اليوتيوب ان شاء الله انهارده الساعه ١٠ مساءا بتوقيت القاهرة هينزل فيديو طويل علي قناتي في اليوتيوب و الفيديو ده هيبقي درس مجاني من مجموعه دروس مجانية انا صورتها من كورس (ارفع من ثقتك بنفسك و توكيدك لذاتك و استحقاقك)
الدرس نزل بالفعل عندي في الويب سايت و هيكون متاح الساعه ١٠ مساءا بتوقيت القاهرة علي قناتي علي اليوتيوب
و ان شاء الله هيكون فيه ٢ فيديو طويل كل شهر بينزلوا في نفس المعاد واحد تاني خميس من كل شهر و واحد آخر خميس من كل شهر و هنستمر علي الوضع ده ان شاء الله لحد التلت الاول من السنة الجايه

بالإضافة ان كمان متخطط لعمل محتوي مجاني للزملاء من الأخصائيين النفسيين في شكل ويبنار لايف و هيتم الإعلان عنه قريب
