👨⚕️✨ When it comes to facial injuries, every millimeter matters.
This patient arrived at the ER with a deep laceration above the right eyebrow caused by blunt trauma.
The wound extended through several layers — even reaching the frontalis muscle fibers.
Such cases demand absolute precision, because a tiny misalignment can affect facial expression or leave a visible scar.
After thorough cleaning and antiseptic preparation, I performed a layer-by-layer closure:
• Deep muscle and fascia with fine absorbable sutures
• Subcutaneous layer to relieve tension
• Skin with delicate 6/0 nylon cosmetic stitches, following the natural eyebrow line
The result: perfect wound alignment and preserved cosmetic appearance — the patient left smiling and reassured.

👨⚕️✨ لما تكون الجراحة في الوجه ، كل مليمتر يفرق.
مريض حضر لقسم الطوارئ بإصابة عميقة أعلى الحاجب بعد سقوط قوي، والجرح كان واصل لعدة طبقات تحت الجلد، وداخل على ألياف عضلة الجبهة نفسها.
مثل هذه الحالات تحتاج دقة شديدة ، لأن أي خطأ بسيط ممكن يترك أثر دائم في الوجه أو يؤثر على حركة الجبهة أو شكل الحاجب.
بعد تنظيف وتعقيم الجرح بدقة، بدأت الخياطة طبقة بطبقة:
• العضلة واللفافة الداخلية بخيوط دقيقة قابلة للامتصاص
• ثم الطبقة تحت الجلد لتخفيف الشد
• وأخيرًا الجلد بخيوط تجميلية رفيعة جدًا (Nylon 6/0) مع مراعاة اتجاه شعر الحاجب لضمان أفضل نتيجة شكلية
الحمد لله ، الجرح اتقفل بشكل مثالي ، والمريض خرج وهو مطمئن ومبسوط إن شكل الحاجب محفوظ.
