A place where conscious living is supported through mind, body & play. An Oasis In The Urban Chaos! Osana family wellness is based in a charming restored villa in El Sarayat, Maadi. We offer holistic and healing activities for people of all ages. These include: yoga, Pilates, other client-based barefoot classes, as well as treatments such as homeopathy, massage and Reiki. We also offer pre and postnatal workshops, classes and support, as well as baby, child and family classes. A kids' studio provides childcare whilst parents attend classes or treatments. All this is completed with a gorgeous wholefood cafe, wonderful garden & outdoor play area, and a carefully sourced boutique. We aim to be the gold standard for wellness in Egypt. We hope that over the coming months and years we will build a friendly community hub where practitioners, parents, children, foodies and health enthusiasts can come together to meet likeminded people through mind, body and play. This December, Osana is bringing the ultimate Winter Camp experience for kids aged 4–10 years. We’re thrilled to welcome Nermeen Iskandar, founder of In Tune and a certified Mindfulness Teacher from Mindful Schools. With over 12 years of experience in development, HR, training, and career coaching, Nermeen brings mindfulness to life through fun, engaging, and playful activities.
She believes that by giving children the tools to focus, manage big emotions, and connect with their bodies, we help them build resilience and lead fulfilling lives.

Our Story

Osana family wellness is based in a charming restored villa in El Sarayat, Maadi. We offer holistic and healing activities for people of all ages. These include: yoga, Pilates and other client-based barefoot classes, as well as treatments such as homeopathy, massage and Reiki. We also offer pre and postnatal workshops, classes and support, as well as baby, child and family classes. A kids' studio provides a playspace for children and we can arrange childcare whilst parents attend classes or treatments. All this is completed with a gorgeous wholefood cafe, wonderful garden & outdoor play area, and a carefully sourced boutique. We aim to be the gold standard for wellness in Egypt. We hope to build a friendly community hub where practitioners, parents, children, foodies and health enthusiasts can come together to meet likeminded people through mind, body and play.

We welcome everyone from the cradle to older age but respectfully request that you do keep an eye on your children whilst they are at Osana. Unattended children will be given espresso and sold to the circus!!! Please, no ball games. Like wise with our canine friends... well behaved dogs under 5kgs and on a leash are very welcome. We look forward to greeting you soon at Osana.
