Whole Genome Sequencing لـ 1024 مصري من محافظات مختلفة لتمثيل السكان
• تم اكتشاف أكثر من 51 مليون genetic variant
منهم variants غير موجودة في قواعد البيانات العالمية
• فيه اختلاف في توزيع الجينات (allele frequencies) بين المصريين والأوروبيين
• وجود تركيبة جينية مميزة (population-specific component) للمصريين
• عند تطبيق Polygenic Risk Scores الأوروبية حصل misclassification كبير
• حوالي 73–83% من المصريين اتصنفوا High risk بشكل غير دقيق
• ده يوضح إن المعايير الحالية محتاجة إعادة ضبط (recalibration) حسب كل population
• النتائج بتدعم التحول إلى
