🌿One of the important principles of PASS is "Primary Closure"....it's about the FLAP...few things should be considered like:

¤ 🎉PRI "Periostieal Releasing Incision "...by making a shallow cut in the periosteum 🗡to increase the mobility of the flap, allowing it to be advanced coronally to achieve tension-free, primary wound closure 🙅‍♀️. (1)

¤🎉Double layer flap closure🤷‍♀️...starting with internal periostieal suturing, followed by horizontal mattress suture technique and simple interrupted suturing technique above it 🪡....the periosteal suturing reduced the tension on the margins of the flap, prevent it from necrosis and dehiscence ✂️& the H.matress give good marginal seal with everted soft tissue edges《increasing the crestal soft tissue thickness 》 & simple interrupted to ensure the edges approximation to guarantee healing with primary intention 🤐(2)

أول وجديد علي أساس سليم (مع إن ده أفضل حل، وأحيانا بيبقي الحل الوحيد 🤷‍♀️!)

🙅‍♀️سواء الحاله اتعملت عندك في العياده أو جايه تشتكي ومحتاجه علاج لمشكلتها، ضروري تكون عارف أعمل إيه لحل المشكله؟ وعلي أي أساس؟! وإزاي؟! 🤔

🌿أي حالة زراعه هتدخل عندك العياده محتاج تقييم ليها ٣ حاجات أساسية لضمان نجاح الزراعه وتحديد خطوات وتكلفه خطة العلاج:-

1)Prosthetic space
2)Bone
3)soft tissue

✨️أي مشكله في أي عنصر من التلاته هتأثر بشكل مباشر وسريع علي نجاح الزراعه ، وده ممكن يسبب فشلها، أو إصلاح المشكله دي بعد كده بتكلفه أعلي وتكنيك معقد، أو بعض الحالات هيبقي تغيير الزرعه هو الحل الوحيد! 🤕🤷‍♀️
