One of the most common concerns we see is a gummy smile — when the gums show more than the teeth during smiling.

This case started as something very simple — a single dental implant.
Unfortunately, it was done elsewhere as part of an “offer,” without proper planning or ex*****on.

Over time, problems appeared:
• The crown didn’t sit correctly
• A visible metal shadow showed through the gums
• The implant failed both functionally and aesthetically

To fix it, we had to remove the implant, perform bone grafting and soft tissue grafting, wait for healing… and then place a new implant correctly.

What should have been one straightforward procedure turned into four surgeries, months of treatment, and many times the original cost.

Implants aren’t about offers — they’re about planning, precision, and experience.
Doing it right from the beginning saves time, effort, discomfort, and money.
