QUALIFICATION M.B.B.C.H UNIVERSITY: Faculty Of Medicine AL Azhar university 1994 Family physician (from1994) in el sades, el-sabea, el-hagana phc centres. Trainer for Egyptian fellowship of family medicine. From 2003 till 2011. Consultant family medicine el-sades P.H.C center. Scientific supervisor in the Egyptian Fellowship of family medicine board from 2011 till now. Consultant Family medicine and trainer in kingdome of Bahrain 3/6/ 2006 till 1/10/ 2007. Consultant and clinical instructor in family medicine clinic in Miser University for Science & Technology (MUST) ,6th October city 6 /2008 till 6 / 2011. Family medicine lecturer in (MUST) MISR university for science and technology 6th October city 9/2013 till now. Participate in the supervision & discussion of family and community medicine theses for both MD in Miser University & as prerequisite for the written exam of Egyptian Fellowship in FM e.g. ( Auditing of family records & files ……etc.) . Participate in the oral and clinical tests for the various family and community medicine stages. Participate in researches done by Egyptian ministry of health & population (MOHP) e.g.: (elderly care, DM, BA, Audit of family health record…..etc.). Clinical, academic, supervisor and Trainer for Libya, Saudi, and Iraqi and Qatar training diploma and Arab institute for continuing professional development (AICPD) courses. In national training institute and in el hay el sades primary health care center. Member in the training team and follow up of integrated management of childhood illness (I.M.C.I) in Egyptian ministry of health and population 2005 till now. Member in Examination Team for (MRCGP [Int], Egyptian FM Fellowship Board. Member in Accreditation team for (MRCGP [Int], Egyptian FM Fellowship Board. Member in the training team for Accreditation (MRCGP [Int], Egyptian FM Fellowship Board CSA case writer (clinical skills assessment) exam team of the Egyptian board of family medicine for MRCGP (INT) accreditation. From June 2008 till now. POST GRADUATE QUALIFICATION Egyptian fellowship of family medicine 2002. MRCGP [Int] Membership 2010-2011. Contribute in organizing the assessor training workshops. Participate in writing (family medicine curriculum / log book / trainee, trainer supervisor, and rotation guides).
