Inclusive Connect — Where Business Meets Real Inclusion — united over 150 talents with disabilities and HR leaders from top companies for a day of meaningful collaboration and connection.
Diverse groups, blending different backgrounds and perspectives, came together at each table—working, thinking, and solving real workplace challenges as one team. They also competed in an engaging inclusive trivia, putting their knowledge of workplace inclusion to the test.

At Inclusive Connect, something powerful took place, at the AUC. Hundreds of employers and persons with disabilities came together to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions. Real conversations, real commitments, and real inclusion began.

From bold discussions to immersive activities to eye-opening stories — every moment was a reminder that disability is not inability.

This is more than an event. This is a movement. And we’re just getting started.
